Who can use the Leadership Tracker?
• EB members/Team Leaders in LR stage take Award II: Leadership.
• AIESEC Affiliates (participants of the 1,000 Global Leaders Program) can also use the Award I: Taking Responsibility.
• University students
How to use the booklet?
• Focus on all the competencies listed
• For each of the skill sections, fill out your starting point, aims and competency focus with your mentor or by yourself.
• You must provide at least three examples of improvement in each skills area you select. Complete all five chosen areas and demonstrate your ability to achieve results in your chosen area of expertise.
• Once you have completed all five skills sections, meet with your mentor to review your progress. Fill out the evaluation section.
• Gaining the award
– Once you have completed all the sections, meet with your mentor to review your progress.
– Submit your complete booklet to the Member Committee of AIESEC in Cambodia.
– If you wish to be considered for an internship at PwC, please state so on your completed booklet.
