Leadership Tracker allows you to track the development of different leadership skills and competencies during your participation in your AIESEC experience. The Leadership Tracker scheme provides AIESEC members with a unique opportunity to manage and develop their skills and competencies with the support of experienced mentors during their time in AIESEC.
